LJ Hooker is a national franchise which is instantly recognisable through its strong corporate image and electronic and print media advertising through Australia. Our team at LJ Hooker Sale & Stratford have combined Real Estate knowledge of over 70 years in the Gippsland region. In addition we are supported by the extensive experience from LJ Hooker Maffra and Heyfield offices, as well as the strength from the national network throughout Australia.
The original company was formed in 1976 by Mr Lindsay Wigg In Maffra, in 1988 the company took over the agencies in Maffra & Rosedale with Mr Pat Weatherley joining the business. In April 2004 LJ Hooker Sale first opened its doors, quickly followed by the addition of the Heyfiled office. From July 2007 a new company known as Wellington Real Estate Pty Ltd was formed under the direct ownerships of Mr Tony Kiss and Mr Tony Baillie plus the original directors taking over the management of LJ Hooker Sale and subsequently opening LJ Hooker Stratford.
Since LJ Hooker Sale opened its doors we have quickly established a strong share of the local market and our office has attracted local, interstate and international purchasers through our local marketing and rural and commercial sales.
